How We Start
Strategic Philanthropy begins every project by offering new and returning clients the opportunity for a complimentary meeting to discuss the client’s situation and requirements. SPI then prepares a proposal that describes the project, outlines the process and anticipated outcomes, and estimates time and cost.
After a client accepts the proposal, SPI prepares a letter of understanding that outlines the client’s and SPI’s expectations. Both parties sign the letter of understanding and retain a copy.
